Meet Your Peeps at Home Base
Home Base sessions give you an opportunity to talk with the people you make change with so you can take what you're learning at the Summit and explore ways to apply it back home!
Use the following link to register for a Room for your team to use for your session and describe the people you're inviting to come join you. For example: "people who live in the greater Boston area who are interested in community ownership of shared solar arrays." (You can also have an invitation-only room, where you send out the link to the people you’re inviting.)
We will send participants a list of the public Home Base Groups who will be gathering during these Home Base Sessions.
1) Saturday, October 3rd from 1:00-1:15 - Introductions and sharing thoughts about which workshops to attend
2) Saturday, October 3rd from 4:15-5:00 - How are we working on a Just Transition to a New Energy Economy in our community?
3) Sunday, October 4th from 11:30-12:30 - Where are gaps? How can we best move forward together on a Just Transition to a New Energy Economy in our community? What knowledge or resources do we, as individuals or as a group, have to share?
4) Sunday, October 4th from 1:00-2:30 - Offers and Needs Exchange, where you and your group offer advice, resources, and support to other initiatives from the abundance of what you have and you ask for what you need to support your work. Just watch the magic that happens when you’re part of a real sharing economy.
You can also report back at the closing plenary where with one slide for one minute to share a highlight from your Home Base gatherings.
